From Monday 2nd November we are delighted to advise that Coxhoe Village Hall Association are taking over the responsibility for the daily Play Group.

The Group which will be still run by Margaret Hind as Play Leader and supported by Margaret Atkinson with still meet at the same times, 9.30am -11.15am Mondays to Fridays. This move is to assist the Play Group in growing while helping to provide an improved level of service. Claire Anderson, the new part time manager for the Village Hall will be working with Margaret and Coxhoe Parish Council’s new part time Children and Young People’s Services Co-ordinator, Amanda Hitchens, to improve policies, training and practices. In addition we are looking to secure external providers to come in and provide some new activities on a regular basis. We will try to ensure we communicate dates of these through our website and through facebook and twitter.

Everyone is welcome. Prices are still £1.50 for a Parent/Carer and single child but this is shortly to rise to £2.00 from January 1st 2016. This includes refreshments. Parent/carers must of course still remain with their children throughout the sessions.
